Desert Invasion - U.S.

Citizens are still not safe in Cochise County, Arizona

Set 4

The photographer recieved a call on Monday May 23 at 8:00 a.m. that Border Patrol agents were walking a large group of illegal aliens off of a ranchers property on Hereford Road and Moson Road near Sierra Vista, AZ. A source told the photographer that there were about 50 more in the field and agents were tracking them.

There were two Border Patrol choppers scouting two ranchers fields and there were illegal aliens on both ranches. The same trails are used daily by illegal aliens and the ranchers land is covered with illegal alien garbage, as well as miles of damaged and destroyed fences. This has gone on for many years all over Cochise County.

Also a call came into photographer at 12:15 noon that an illegal alien was on Hereford Road asking a citizen for a ride to California, perhaps this lone straggler was from the group of 150 on a ranchers property earlier. The citizen called BP and they responded in just a few minutes.

This group may have traveled from the Hauchuca Mountains and crossed HWY. 92 last night to get to Hereford Road. Note that there are not many backpacks and the illegals are wearing winter clothing despite the fact that it has been over 100 degrees in Cochise County since Friday May 19th.

When asked who the photographer was taking phots for, she replied, "for the Bush Family Photo Album."
